It's official, little girl -- you are a whole half year of age, and then some. It has been the fastest half-year of my entire life, and there have been so many interesting happenings in yours, too!
I'd always imagined that we'd celebrate somehow when you turned six months, but it crept up on us and was past before we even realized it. Still, there were plenty of new things ahead.
You started solids a little before turning six months and it was quite the novelty when we began feeding you simple cereals. You knew just what to do and gobbled it down. That paved the way for many more new tastes -- fruits, veggies and the like.
